What is the typical lead time for furniture orders?
Most of our in-stock items are dispatched within 3-5 business days. For larger furniture pieces or items currently on pre-order, lead times can range from 4 to 8 weeks depending on the specific collection.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship a wide selection of our homeware and lighting globally. Shipping costs and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on your location and the total weight of your order.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that bespoke or made-to-order furniture pieces are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
How can I track my delivery?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to our courier's portal so you can monitor your shipment in real-time.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
All Vaunt Design furniture pieces come with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty covering structural defects. This does not cover general wear and tear or damage resulting from improper assembly or maintenance.
